A new partnership with Pure Innovations
AFG Rochdale is both excited and proud to be teaming up with Pure Innovations, a national not-for-profit organisation that supports people with disabilities and disadvantaged groups to get into work and access community and leisure activities.
We have commissioned Pure Innovations to work closely with a number of people who we support within the Rochdale area, to access education, training and work opportunities.
Jenny Newell, our dedicated Employment Officer, said of the initiative: “I am really excited to be working with the people of Alternative Futures Group to support them to find new opportunities in employment, education and training. I am really looking forward to seeing how each individual will progress as they make decisions about their futures and where they want be.”
Kelly Thomas, Area Manager of Rochdale said: “I want to welcome Jenny to Rochdale. There is a real excitement about the opportunities that will come of working with Jenny. Jodie, Jason and Martin are three people supported here who are already working with Jenny.”
We will be following the journey of those who join the programme, so watch this space!
