AFG welcome new Community Service Director
AFG is delighted to announce the appointment of three new Community Service Directors. Today, we’re introducing Joanne Chilton, Community Service Director (CSD) to lead activity in Tameside, Trafford, East Cheshire and Greater Manchester.
Joanne has more than 20 years’ experience of working in social care including for Blackburn with Darwen Council and most recently Rochdale Council, as Head of Strategic Commissioning.
Prior to this Joanne, who’s a member of the Chartered Institute of Purchase and Supply (CIPS), worked for Manchester Care setting up new services including intermediate care, crisis support, home care and residential care.
Speaking about her new role as a Community Service Director at AFG Joanne said: “I’m delighted to be joining AFG as the organisation sets out its vision for the future.
