Paula agreed that Emma “is a really nice lady.”

Emma also studies sign language in her spare time so she can support children with hearing impairments. Emma decided to study sign language as she has worked with children with hearing impairments for a long time.

Emma said: “I felt ignorant not being able to communicate with them.  I also believe it will help in the future to support and communicate with others.”

Talking about her most inspiring time at AFG, Emma said: “I was supporting a lady who was going through a really hard time and suffering from mental health issues.  I was glad to be able to help the lady overcome her issues.”

Emma celebrated her birthday in style by going to Orlando in Florida with 28 members of her family and friends. On her actual birthday Emma swam with Dolphins which was her birthday present from her mum and dad. Emma was very excited to be flying back home in 1st class!
