Alternative Futures Group’s (AFG) Laurence Nelson is in the vanguard – having completed a course which will help AFG to better support people with complex support needs.

Laurence said: “The course looks to improve support to people in Greater Manchester with challenging behaviours – aiming to ensure involvement, planning and an evidence-based approach. It has expanded my knowledge and networks and it should ensure that the support we give will be considered.”
