Working in partnership for best outcomes

At Alternative Futures Group, we recognise that we need to work in partnership to ensure people get the best possible outcomes.  We work closely with local authorities, commissioners, health teams, community groups, statutory organisations, housing associations, micro enterprises and other voluntary organisations to ensure the people we support are active citizens in the community.

We see families and the people we support as real partners in ensuring they get the right support and are at the centre of everything we do.

We work with over 20 Local Authorities and Clinical Commissioning Groups across the North West of England to support vulnerable people in creative and innovative ways. We have a long history of working in partnership to develop and deliver personalised support packages at a local level. We pride ourselves on knowing the communities we work in well and understanding the challenges they face.

Through our values based approach to recruitment, we are able to recruit and retain the right staff with the right attitudes; making a real difference to the people we support. Our experienced, multidisciplinary Community Team provide bespoke support plans which enable the people we support to live well for as long as possible in their local community. Our extensive Learning and Development Programme empowers staff members to support individuals to take positive risks to enable them to live the lives they choose. This added value sets us apart from other social care providers.
